Currently, there are no special conditions for entry and assistance to temporarily displaced citizens of Ukraine who leave the country due to the war. Entry for citizens of Ukraine is permitted under general conditions. Transit mode is allowed. All passengers prior to arrival in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines must complete the appropriate form at the following web link: https://stv.servicedx.com/travelform
All passengers must present a negative test for COVID-19 taken within 3 days prior to arrival. Upon arrival, it is necessary to retake the test for COVID-19. Non-vaccinated persons must undergo a 14-day quarantine, and vaccinated persons – a 48-hour quarantine.
