The government of KSA did not make a decision regarding special conditions of entry and assistance to temporarily displaced citizens of Ukraine who leave the country due to the war. Entry to Saudi Arabia is possible only on the basis of an existing visa or an electronic visa, which can be issued online (without the need to visit diplomatic missions of the KSA abroad. It is also possible to issue a visa on arrival.

Those who need to obtain a visa, which gives the right to obtain an iqama (residence certificate in KSA), please note that the Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Kyiv has been temporarily relocated to the city of Bucharest, Romania. It is also possible to apply for such categories of visas at the KSA Embassy in Poland.
Issuance of family visas (provided that there are documents certified in the prescribed manner that confirm family ties ((marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc.)) is possible at any foreign diplomatic institutions of the KSA, provided that a complete list of the necessary documents is available, and , if the inviting family member is a Saudi national or has a residence permit in the Kingdom.

Medical care
There is insurance medicine in KSA.
In accordance with Saudi legislation, medical care is provided at the expense of a person/organization that acts as a guarantor (sponsor) of a foreigner’s stay in the country.

Currently, the KSA does not allow entry without a passport document, including a child under the age of 16.
